Center For Successful Aging & Wellness

Center for Successful Aging & Wellness -

Compassionate Care. Empowered Living. Stronger Community.

We are embarking on a transformative development project to construct The Center for Successful Aging & Wellness, a 60,000 square foot facility located at 59 Myrtle Street, Saratoga Springs, NY. This comprehensive and coordinated care is redefining aging and wellness and tailored to the needs of people as they age within a specialized healthcare model.

The Center will focus on helping adults in the community maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Designed with compassion and innovation, the Center is expected to bring together physical rehabilitation, speech and occupational therapy, cardiac recovery, gait and balance assessment, and virtual care—all under one roof. It will also feature welcoming spaces for caregivers, and educational programming, addressing one of the most urgent and growing needs in our region.

This campaign is more than bricks and mortar. It’s about building a future where aging is met with empowerment, not limitation. It’s about ensuring that every member of our community has access to the care, support, and resources they need to thrive. What I envision for this transformative campaign is the input from our key stakeholders and partners as we move forward so together, we can remove barriers, anticipate needs, and deliver care with dignity. The following pages include more details about the project overview and the impact the Center will have on our future patients and by extension the Saratoga community
